Manuals
Customized manuals can be produced for special mission aircraft or for government and military customers. Manuals can range from a green format (manuals which reflect the configuration of the aircraft prior to completion) to a completely customized format (manuals which reflect the configuration of the aircraft after completion). Manuals are available in hard copy, CD-ROM, and on the CIC Support portion of this web site.
The Technical Publications department provides several methods to address customer queries. These methods include, User Comments Forms, Squawk Sheets, Compliance Sheets, and a direct customer hotline.
Listed below are the four types of manuals that Bombardier can provide:
Basic Manual:

• For corporate aircraft
• Supply all data for the basic aircraft
• Provided when aircraft is delivered to the customer

Basic Manual with Supplement (Optional)

• For Government and special-purpose aircraft
• Supplements that supply all data regarding customization of aircraft

Integrated Manuals (Optional)

• For Government and special purpose aircraft
• Integrated information coded for specific aircraft into basic manuals
• Provided when aircraft, complete with special installations, is delivered to customer

Customized Manuals

• For Government and special purpose aircraft
• Provided for specific needs of the customer (exclusively produced)
• Provided when aircraft, complete with special installations, is delivered to the customer
